United will be targeting to end their dismal shape in the 2018-2019 Gambia
Football Federation (GFF) second division league after woeful start to the
country’s new second tier campaign.
The South boys will play away to Red Hawks in the week-four fixture today Wednesday at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium at 4pm.
They are currently flopping in the second tier with 1 point in three league matches following their goalless draw with the Bakau giant killers Steve Biko in their opening league match before losing to Sporting Real and Serrekunda East Bi 2-1 and 1-0 respectively in their last league outings.
They must beat Red Hawks to improve their hopes of staying in the second division for yet another season as well as boosting their chances of gaining promotion to the top flight next season following their poor start to the new second tier campaign.
The Young Red Devils has 3 points after hammering Immigration 4-0 and will challenge to prevail over Gunjur United to improve their top flight promotion hopes alive.
