Forty players are currently taking part in an intensive training session to make them fit for competitions in the near future.
The rugby teams were initiated by Joe and Alhagie Bojang of the Gunjur Project, who are willing to render support to the teams.
Speaking to this reporter, Abdoulie Janneh and Abdou Jassey said coaches are seeking support from everybody in order to promote and develop the discipline to higher heights in the country.
The coaches applauded the management and staff of Gunjur Project for their tireless contribution towards the teams.
The coaches also hailed Gunjur Sports Committee for sending them to do rugby training, which resulted in their introduction of rugby in Gunjur.
