their effort to promote tourism products in the country, The Gambia Tourism
Board (GTB) organised their fifth edition of the Food and Beverage Festival,
which brought hundreds of people from government and tourism stakeholders at
the Hypolink in Kololi.
Communication officer of the Board Ousman Kebbeh said they organised this year’s event with stakeholders and key among them is The Gambia Tourism and Hospitality Institute (GTHI). “We want to thank them for their seven years of partnership with us. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our vendors who sold their African and Gambian food.”
Mr. Kebbeh said the objective of the food and beverage festival is to be able to showcase Gambian dishes and interact with the tourists and other people from other parts of Africa, who came to taste the food.
