The spokesperson of The Gambia Prison Service, Momodou Lamin Ceesay, said the Norwegian pedophile was not back at the State Central Prison in Mile II at the time of closing from work.

It could be recalled that, SveinÅge Sandåker, was handed a three-year jail term and ordered to pay a D600,000 fine in 2012 for abusing six children; the youngest victim was about three years at the time. However, his jail term was extended for another three-years following his inability to pay the court fine.
