Football Federation (GFF) has retained FIFA football project implementation
status in the world for the third consecutive year; the global football
governing body has rewarded GFF for their proper football project
implementation throughout the globe.
This is the third time in a row that the GFF was chosen by FIFA as a model for best practice following the same feat at the Foreword project meeting in Dakar, Senegal, last month and a similar meeting in Rwanda in July.
Gambian delegation to Doha is headed by the GFF President Lamin Kabba Bajo and General Secretary Lamin Jassey. Mr. Jassey did the presentation on behalf of the Federation.
The presentation was aimed at sharing with other member associations on how GFF is using the FIFA Forward in promoting and developing football in The Gambia.
The GFF presentation also looked at how the Federation has implemented its projects and programmes and those that are currently being implemented.
The presentation was put together by the first-vice president and designated project manager Mr. Bakary K. Jammeh.
