GFF domestic league traditional curtain raiser set for Nov 21

Reigning league champions Gamtel will fight with FA Cup champions Wallidan in the 2015-2016 Gambia Football Federation’s domestic league season traditional curtain raiser better known as the Super Cup final slated for Saturday 21 November 2015, at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.

The telecommunications giants, Gamtel, have clinched the 2014-2015 division one league title for the first time following their stunning performance in the league campaign.

The Blue boys thumped Gamtel 2-0 in the final to claim the 2015 FA Cup title to end their eight-year trophy drought.

Gamtel will represent The Gambia in the CAF Champions league after clinching the league title.

Wallidan will represent The Gambia in the CAF Confederations Cup after lifting the FA Cup title in 2014-2015 season.
