GFF announces registration, support to league clubs

For the forth-time on the trot, Gambia Football Federation (GFF) will waive registration fees for all clubs in Division One and Two for both male and Female league

The Federation made these announcement at the Club management meeting on Wednesday 21 November at the Football Hotel in Yundum.

In a powerpoint presentation held at the Hotel conference room, GFF 2nd vice president Ebou Faye outlined the stages at which the Federation  will support clubs in the new League Season, ranging from preparatory to prizes and by extension support to Gamtel FC and GAF in their CAF Inter Club engagements.

All  male and female clubs league one will receive D50, 000 as preparation ahead of the league commencement, while league division two male and female teams will receive D50, 000 as well.

In addition, GFF says it will further support all clubs with transport reimbursement to matches at a cost of D100, 000 each, while teams scheduled to play at Soma will be separately supported in transportation means to and fro Jarra.

Ebou Faye, who also serves as GFF head of competition says registration will close on Friday 30 November and no late registration would be accepted.
