GFF 2nd Tier heats up

Seaview, Samger, Serrekunda East Bi, Steve Biko and Young Africans all made an astonishing start to the 2014-2015 GFF division two league after winning their opening fixtures.

Seaview hammered Lamin United 5-1 at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium; Samger thumped KGI 2-0 at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai Kunda.

Serrekunda East Bi beat newly-promoted Immigration 3-2 at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium; Bakau giants’ killers Steve Biko defeated Blue Star at the Serrekunda West Mini Stadium.

Elsewhere, Young Africans also defeated Tallinding United on the same score line at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium.

Seaview, Samger, Serrekunda East Bi, Steve Biko and Young Africans all snatched the maximum 3 points in one game, after winning their opening fixtures.

Lamin United, KGI, Immigration, Blue Star and Tallinding United are all yet to collect a point each in one game, after losing their opening fixtures.
