Gambian attacker Ablie Jallow handed Metz first starts of the season

Wednesday, December 05, 2018

Head coach of Metz Frederic Antonetti, Saturday handed a first start to Gambian attacker Ablie Jallow during their 1-1 draw with Grenoble in the French Ligue 2.

The Gambian international who scored the third goal during Gambia’s AFCON home win (3-1) against Benin has played a key part while playing full 90th minute during Metz 1-1 draw away to Grenoble.

The French Ligue 2 team Metz, who was relegated from the French Ligue 1 last season is currently top of Ligue 2 after securing 35 points in 16 games, while Grenoble occupying 5th position with 28 points. If his performance during their last game is anything to go by, Ablie Jallow would always have place in the Coach Frederic Antonetti side.
