Gambia to brawl Angola in 2022 World Cup qualifiers

Gambia’s senior Scorpions will clash with Angola in the preliminary qualifiers of the 2022 World Cup.

Coach Tom Sainfiet and his charges will prepare themselves fit enough in the upcoming months to beat Angola in the preliminary qualifiers to sail to the next round of the qualifiers. The preliminary qualifier matches are set for September 2 to 10 this year.

Meanwhile, The Gambia will play against Djibouti in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations preliminary qualifiers in October.

The winner between the Scorpions and Djibouti will join Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon and Angola in group D of the qualifier proper.
