The Gambia national women U-17 team will tomorrow battle with Sierra Leone women U-17 team for their crucial 2017 FIFA women world cup preliminary 1st leg qualifiers in Bo city in Freetown at 4pm.

The team flew to Freetown on Monday, to face their noisy West African neighbours in their quest to qualify for U-17 women world cup in Uruguay next year.

Aminata Camara, alias ETO’O, captain of National U-17, said before leaving for Freetown they were confident with high spirits, ahead of crucial encounter between two West Africa nations.

She said they are well-prepared for the qualifiers, despite the fact that it was their first time to play at international level, saying all that they need were prayers.
