Confederation of African Football (CAF)
Disciplinary Board has dismissed The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) appeal
against Togo player but the Federation said it has contacted their lawyers for
legal advice before their next course of action over the James Oloufade affair.
The GFF appeal followed a protest which was also dismissed by the CAF Disciplinary Board. The only course now opened to the GFF is to go to the Court of Arbitration for Sports, CAS.
In a Facebook post, the Football House did not give a timeline for their next line of action but The Standard revealed that source familiar with this nature of proceedings said all appeals to CAS must be within ten days of notification.
