The criminal trial involving Kebba Bojang and 19 others, who were accused of conspiracy and stealing, Wednesday resumed at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Nyima Samateh.

When the matter was called, the police prosecutor, Sub-inspector Dawda Sanyang, applied for an adjournment on the grounds that his witness who was supposed to testify was sick.

The presiding magistrate then asked the accused persons whether they had any objection to the prosecution’s application but they both agreed they did not have any objection.

The case was then adjourned till 11 August 2014.

Kebba Bojang and 19 others were on count one alleged to have on 4 September 2012, at Mandinary village in Kombo North, West Coast Region, jointly conspired to commit a felony.

Count 2 stated that on the same date, month, year and at the same place they stole 53 gallons of gas oil of 20 liters valued at D49,820, being the property of Gam Petroleum Company
