Following his side 1-0 victory over Gamtel FC in the Week Seven of the Gambia Football Association (GFA) First Division League, at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium last Sunday, the Head Coach of Wallidan FC, Foday Bah, spoke of his team's improved performance.
Coach Bah stated that they have changed their training strategies and worked hard on their defence line to reach the target.
He further stated that he was not the least surprised collecting the three points from Gamtel FC, noting that Gamtel FC is a strong side. But he is of the conviction that his team is a better side than Gamtel FC.
According to Head Coach Bah "we started slowly but we are capable of winning 5 games in a row."
Sulayman Corr, the Head Coach of Gamtel FC, has expressed confidence on his team, pointing out that they will bounce back to their winning form as the league is still very young.
