Fly Mid Africa Airline starts operations May 15

FLY MID AFRICA wishes to inform the general public that it shall commence commercial flight operations out of Banjul International Airport effective 15TH MAY, 2017. The airline shall initially serve six West African destinations; namely: The Gambia (Banjul), Senegal (Dakar), Sierra Leone (Freetown), Ghana (Accra), and Nigeria (Lagos) utilizing Boeing 737 Classic aircraft. Operations into Liberia (Monrovia) are envisaged to start in August when the on-going works at Robertsfield International Airport, Monrovia, are due to be completed.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of Fly Mid Africa wish to take this opportunity to thank the Government and people of The Gambia for the unflinching support and trust accorded the Airline since its inception. We hope to continue to enjoy this support in our efforts to address the service gaps the country, and the region as a whole, has been grappling with for so long.
