Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Event Management Committee (EMC) is required to put proper mechanism in place to avoid the Independence Stadium being overcrowded during the country’s 2022 World Cup qualifiers first-leg clash with Angola tomorrow.

The country’s biggest football arena was overcrowded during the Scorpions 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers at home to Algeria last year. The overcrowding of the Independence stadium delayed kick-off for almost two hours.

Willy Abraham and his EMC team must stand firm to ensure that the Independence Stadium is not overcrowded again.
