Count one statement of offence: Conspiracy to do an act with a seditious intention contrary to section 52 (1) (a) of the criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.

Particulars of Offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, sometime in the year 2009 at various places in The Gambia, conspired amongst themselves and others now at large to do acts with a seditious intention to wit, telling lies to members of the public that the President of the Republic of The Gambia ("The Big Man") had engaged them to sell prohibited drugs for Him and give him the proceeds and thereby committed an offence.

Count two statement of offence: Sedition contrary to section 52 (1) (b) of the criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, LT Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, sometime in the year 2009 at various places in The Gambia uttered seditious words to various members of the public to wit: that the President of the Republic of The Gambia had given them prohibited drugs to sell for him and give him the proceeds, and thereby committed an offence.

Count three statement of offence: Abuse of office contrary to Section 90 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt. Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh at various times in the year 2009 and at Brusubi in the Kombo North of Gambia, being employed in the Public Service as Inspector General of Police and Army officers respectively, abused the authority of their offices for the purposes of gain, and did, or directed to be done various arbitrary acts prejudicial to the rights of others to wit: Collected the sum of 370,000.00 Dalasis from Omar Ndow under disguise that the President of the Republic has given them and others prohibited drugs to sell for him, and thereby committed an offence.

Count four statement of offence: Abuse of office contrary to Section 90 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh at various times in the year 2009 and at Brusubi in the Kombo North of Gambia, being employed in the Public Service as Inspector General of Police and Army officers respectively, abused the authority of their offices for the purposes of gain, and did, or directed to be done various arbitrary acts prejudicial to the rights of others to wit: Collected the sum of 40, 000.00 Dalasis from Aaron David Wright under disguise that the President of the Republic has given the and others prohibited drugs to sell for him, and thereby committed an offence.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt. Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh at various times in the year 2009 and at Brusubi in the Kombo North of Gambia, being employed in the Public Service as Inspector General of Police and Army officers respectively, abused the authority of their offices for the purposes of gain, and did, or directed to be done various aritary acts prejudicial to the rights of others to wit: Collected the sum of Euro 50,000.00 from Mohammed Ceesay under disguise that the President of the Republic has given them and others prohibited drugs to sell for him, and thereby committed an offence.

Mam Matarr Secka, and Majar Kuluteh Manneh at various ties in the year 2009 and at Brusubi in the Kombo North of Gambia, being employed in the Public Service as Inspector General of Police and Army officers respectively, abused the authority of their offices for the purposes of gain, and did, or directed to be done various arbitrary acts prejudicial to the rights of others to wit: Collected the sum of Euro 190, 000.00 from Omar Ndow under disguise that the President of the Republic has given them and others prohibited drugs to sell for him, and thereby committed an offence.

Count ten statement of offence: Obtaining money by false pretence contrary to section 288 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia 1990

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt. Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, between the months of May and June 2009 at Brusubi in the Kombo North of the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court with intent to defraud obtained 370, 000.00 Dalasis from Omar Ndow under false pretence that they had Gold to sell to the said Omar Ndow and thereby committed an offence.

Count eleven statement of offence: Obtaining money by false pretence contrary to section 288 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia 1990.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, between the months of May and June 2009 at Brusubi in the Kombo North of the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court with intent to defraud obtained 40,000.00 Dalasis from Aaron David Wright under false pretence that they had Gold to sell to the said Aaron David Wright and thereby committed an offence.

Count twelve statement of offence: Obtaining money by false pretence contrary to section 288 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia 1990.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, between the months of May and June 2009 at Brusubi in the Kombo North of the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court with intent to defraud obtained Euro 10,000.00 from Omar Ndow under false pretence that the money would be used to buy spare parts and effect repairs on a Military chopper to be used in transporting the Gold sold to the said Omar Ndow, to Freetown Sierra Leone and thereby committed an offence.

Count thirteen statement of offence: Obtaining money by false pretence contrary to section 288 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia 1990.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, between the months of May and June 2009 at Brusubi in the Kombo North of the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court with intent to defraud obtained Euro 50,000 from Mohammed Ceesay under false pretence that they had prohibited drug (cocaine) given to them by the President of the Republic of The Gambia to sell and thereby committed an offence.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, between the months of May and June 2009 at Brusubi in the Kombo North of the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court with intent to defraud obtained the sum of D190,000 from Omar Ndow under false pretence that the money would be used to transport the prohibited drug (cocaine) given to them by the President of the Republic of The Gambia to sell to Freetown Sierra Leone and thereby committed an offence.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, between the months of May and June 2009 at Brusubi in the Kombo North of the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court with intent to defraud obtained the sum of Euro 3,500.00 from Ikemefuna D Izuchukwu under false pretence that they had prohibited drug (cocaine) given to them by the President of the Republic of The Gambia to sell and thereby committed an offence.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie, Lt Colonel Mam Matarr Secka, and Major Kuluteh Manneh, between in September 2009 at Brusubi in the Kombo North of the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court with intent to defraud obtained the sum of Euro 11,500.00 from Ikemeuna D Izuchukwu under false pretence that they had prohibited drug (cocaine) given to them by the President of the Republic of The Gambia to sell and thereby committed an offence.

Count seventeen statement of offence: Official corruption contrary to section 86 (a) of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia 1990.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie in 2008 at Banjul in the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court being employed in the public service as Inspector General of Police corruptly received one hundred bags of cement for himself from Willi Abraham on account of his issuance of clearance permitting Willi Abraham to use his vehicle with tinted glasses and thereby committed an offence.

Count eighteen statement of offence: Public Officers receiving property to show favour contrary to Section 87 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie in 2008 at Banjul in the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court being employed in the public Service as Inspector General of Police corruptly received one hundred bags of cements (not being his emolument) from Willi Abraham on account of which he issued clearance to the said Willi Abraham permitting him to use his vehicle with tinted glasses and thereby committed an offence.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie in 2008 at Banjul in the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court being employed in the Public Service as Inspector General of Police corruptly solicited for himself Iron rods from Ousainou Tayudeen on account of showing favour to him afterwards and thereby committed an offence.

Count twenty statement of offence: Official corruption contrary to section 86 (a) of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia 1990.

Particulars of offence: Ensa Badjie in 2008 at Banjul in the Republic of The Gambia within the jurisdiction of the Honourable Court being employed in the public service as Inspector General of Police received 150 Iron rods for himself from Ousainou Tayudeen on accont of showing favour to him afterwards and thereby committed an offence.
