"Change Lifestyle Today" - Coordinator Motivational Fitness Group

The coordinator of Motivational Fitness Group, Mss Jacqueline Drammeh, has said that Motivational Fitness Group will do its best to improve and change the life of Gambians mentally, physically and emotionally.

Mss Drammeh made this remark's yesterday in an inclusive interview with Pointsports.

She revealed that they also organize stretching exercises for members adding that members meet every week in Senegambia, Kotu and Brufut and the programme will make members energetic and give them balanced lifestyles.

According to Miss Drammeh, the aims and objectives of Motivational Fitness Group are to improve and developed the health of Gambians and she said that they will do everything to make sure they provide Gambians with quality fitness training and make them strong and healthy in life.

Mss Drammeh called on the general pubic to come out and join the group, which she said will contribute immensely towards the improvement of their health and anybody interested to become a member can contact this mobile number: 7561293.
