Busumbala Man Remanded

One Malick Conteh a resident of Busumbala village was recently remanded in to custody by Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh for allegedly demonlishing a mud house valued at D6000.

According to the particulars of the offence on 1st March 2009 at Busumbala village the accused unlawfully and wilfully destroyed a mud house valued at D6000 being the property of one Madina Mendy.

According to the accused he bought the land from one Bolong Marong. He however pleaded guilty to the charge.

Meanwhile he was been remanded in to custody until 21st April 2009.
