striker, Bubacarr Jobe have scored for his Swedish second Division team Mjällby
IF during their 1-1 draw against Norrby in the week-eighteen fixtures of the
Swedish Superttan (Second Division) league played at the Strandvallen Arena on
Thursday 1st of August.
The 24-year-old scored to give his side the lead early in the 4th minute of the first half, while Richard Yarsuvat restored purity for Norrby in the 18th minute before going in for the break.
The Gunjur-born Toronto FC former player has now scored four goals in sixteen appearances for Mjällby IF.
Jobe, who on his debut match for The Gambia scored the Scorpions winning goal against Benin in the AFCON qualifiers in Banjul, has helped his Swedish side to maintain second position with 35 points in the Swedish Superttan (Second Division) league table, while Norrby sits on sixth position with 27 points after playing eighteen matches.
Mjällby IF will next play away at Gamla Ullevi on Sunday, while Norrby plays at home against Degerfors on Saturday.
