Brufut Utd eyes to halt Steve Biko to keep 100% record in 2nd tier

Brufut United will be eyeing to halt relegated side Steve Biko in the week-two fixture today Wednesday at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai to maintain their hundred percent record in the 2018-2019 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) second division league.

The Brufut based-club thumped newly-promoted side Team Rahino 2-0 in their opening league match to lift their first win in the new second tier campaign. They will be determined to down Steve Biko to keep their hundred percent record run in the second tier campaign.

The Bakau giant killers drew goalless with Gunjur United in their opening league match and will do all efforts to pound Brufut United to lift their first win in the new second division league.

Sporting Real will host Gunjur United at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium on the same day.

The City boy Sporting Real will be hoping to bounce back in the second division against Gunjur United after losing to Immigration 2-1 in their opening league match last week.

The Gunjur-based club will scuffle to pip Sporting Real to grip their first victory in the new second tier after their goalless stalemate against Steve Biko in their opening league fixture last week.
