Brikama Utd rejuvenates lead in Women league

Brikama United have rejuvenated their lead in the 2018-2019 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) women second division league season.

The Sateyba girls thumped Greater Tomorrow 2-0 in the-all Brikama derby match played at the Box Bar Mini Stadium over the week.

They were demoted to the country’s women second tier after their dismal performance in the premier tier last season and won majority of their games to keep top spot in the second division league with 19 points.

Jeshwang United walloped Jam City 5-0 while Kinteh’s thumped Berewuleng 2-0. Future Bi thrashed Raptim 3-0.
