Brikama United on Friday thrashed Steve Biko 3-1 in the week-fifteen fixtures of the 2016-2017 Gambia Football Federation domestic division one league played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.

Brikama United were held to a 1-1 draw with Bombada in the all-Brikama derby clash last weekend.

Steve Biko lost to Serrekunda United 1-0 before their week-fifteen fixtures with Brikama United at the weekend.

The Brikama-based outfit snatched the vital three points after netting three goals to bounce back, after they had lost to Marimoo 1-0 in the week-fourteen fixtures last week.

Steve Biko responded and managed to notch in one goal, which eventually proved to be a consolation for the Bakau giant killers.

Brikama United are now with 20 points in fifteen league games, whilst Steve Biko are with 15 points in fifteen league matches.
