The
2016 Gambia Football Federation FF champions Brikama United are set to host
Senegalese Premier League side Jaraaf in an international friendly match.
The
International friendly match is part of Brikama United’s preparations for the
2017 CAF Confederations Cup campaign as well as the 2016-2017 Gambia Football
Federation domestic division one league season set to start on 19 November
2016.
Brikama
United are gearing up to represent The Gambia in the 2017 CAF Confederations
Cup after clinching the 2016 Gambia Football Federation FF Cup title following
their 1-0 win over rivals Bombada in the final game played at the Independence
Stadium in Bakau, on 5 June 2016, Courtesy of striker Sainey Bojang in the
second half.
The
Senegalese side will use the international friendly match to prepare themselves
fit enough for the 2016-2017 Senegalese Premier league.
