Peter Bonu Johnson, the Head Coach of the current First Division League leaders, Gambia Ports Authority has said that his team will bounce back to its winning form in their coming games, despite their hard-fought one-nil defeat in the hands of Wallidan FC in their Week Seventeen encounter because they have matured players.

He also said that losing against Wallidan FC will not affect his players because they have been winning in their previous games.

Head Coach Johnson also said that it was a very good game, as both teams had played pretty well, though luck was not on their side. He noted that the goal they had conceded was because of the lack of concentration.

Head Coach further revealed that they would prepare well for their next game to give it a respectable performance so that they can carry the day, noting that "no game is easy as far as the league is concerned."

Foday Bah, the Head Coach of Wallidan FC expressed delight at the victory, adding that there was no pressure on them.

Coach Bah also said that the Gambia Ports Authority is a very good team, noting that winning them does not mean that they have won the league.

He also stated that they would prepare well for their next game against Samger FC, adding that Samger FC are very good at keeping the ball, but stated that in every game they use different approach.
