Superstar duo Amadou Jarju and Malick Jammeh of Gamtel/Gamcel will square-off against Alieu Barry and Ebrima Jatta of Gambia Armed Forces in the men final of FAR Gambia limited sponsored Gambia national beach volleyball championship this Sunday at the Palma Rima Beach.

If Barry and Jatta win, that will make two gold medal record in a row for Gambia Armed Forces as they won it in 2017.

Jarju and Jammeh will be looking for the first beach volleyball title in their club history after missing to Old Jeshwang in the 2014 final.

In the women final, GAF’s Abie Kujabie and Nyima Demba and Interior’s Fatoumatta Ceesay and Mariama Ginadou will go head to head as they battle for the right to be crown Gambia beach volleyball champions. If Kujabie and Demba win, that will be a historic victory as it will mark their third gold medal in a row after winning in the 2014 and 2017 editions.
