Basse High Court set to deliver judgments in three cases

The Basse High Court presided over by Justice Simeon A. Abi on Monday 23 October 2017 adjourned three capital offence cases for judgment.

The three cases are the State against Abdoulie Bohoum, the State against Lamin Fatty alias Tunkarou Gaku and Sanna Camara.

Abdoulie Bohoum is charged with murder punishable under section 188 of the Criminal Code laws of The Gambia.

Lamin Fatty, alias Tunkarou Gaku is charged with the offence of murder punishable under section 188 of the Criminal Code of the laws of The Gambia, whilst Sanna Camara is charged with rape and attempted rape punishable under section 122 and 128 of the Criminal Code of the laws of The Gambia if found guilty.

All the cases were adjourned until 27 October 2017.
