Babucarr Ceesay signs for FA Euro New York

Former Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) goalkeeper, Babucarr Ceesay have signed for the Euro Youth Football Association commonly called FA Euro New York from Stratton College in the United States of America.

The Gambia U-20 shot-stopper, who is commonly known as Bobino is among the three goalkeepers signed by the USL League Two club FA Euro New York after playing impressive at the Stratton College.

The 20-year-old, who left Gambia Armed Forces to join Stratton College, is one of the collegiate goalkeepers in the country. “Babucarr always arrives on the field with a big smile on his face, but once he get in his element, his demeanor completely changes and holds truly formidable presence between the posts,” says Joe Balsamo, first team Head Coach.

He said the towering shot-stopper Ceesay is one of the young keepers but already has an impressive collegiate track record.
