A
man called Momodou Salieu Jallow was recently arraigned before Magistrate
Jabang of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court charged with an attempt to commit a
felony.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D10,000 with a Gambian surety who must deposit an ID card.
Hearing was adjourned until 7 March 2016.
The charge sheet presented before the court read that on 1 March 2016, at Manjai Kunda in the Kanifing Municipality, he attempted to stealing from a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 0499J.
