(AFPRC) has told the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission (TRRC),
chaired by Dr. Lamin J. Sise that attempts were made by ex-president Yahya Jammeh
to assassinate him after serving his 9 year jail term.
The former AFPRC number two disclosed that he was informed by a Nigerian medical practitioner, Dr. Emmanuel that one Amadou Bouaro, Bissau- Guinean was a potential assassin.
He explained how Amadou Bouaro visited his compound at Bakoteh pushing a wheel barrow (Push-Push) when he concealed AK. 47 rifle inside some charcoal bags and fire wood.
He told the Commission that he was inside his house when he spotted Amadou Bouaro coming towards his house and he alerted and cautioned his wife to inform him he was not at home.
Sanna Sabally also informed the Commission another attempt orchestrated by Yahya Jammeh when Alagie Martin and his group were sent to liquidate him after he alleged assailants had trailed him to his sister’s at Kafuta in Kombo East.
