One Saihu Koreka was recently arraigned before magistrate MLK Bojang of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court charged with discharging waste water into public gutters. He pleaded not guilty.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Saihu Koreka on 3rd December 2009, in Bundung at the Trustee of New Homes Agency discharged liquid waste from his property into the street gutters.
The NEA prosecutor, Muhammed Jollow Jabang applied for an adjournment on the grounds that his witness has travel and is expected to be back before the next adjourned date.
Magistrate Bojang granted the prosecution application and subsequently adjourned the case today.
