The 20-year-old who came in as a substitute for Emil Scheel in the 64th minute makes his introduction in the Danish league after scoring in the first minute of the stoppage additional time of the second half to give his side the lead just before the Nigerian defender Henry Uzochokwe equalised for Fredericia three minute later to force the game to 2-2 draw.

His outstanding performance for the Estonian side Paide Linnameeskond has earned him a call up into the Gambia’s coach Tom Saintfiet provisional squad of 41 players selected for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022 qualifiers encounter against Angola in September.
Viborg FF top the table standings with 14 points, a point above Fredericia who is second position with 13 points after six matches.
Jatta and Viborg FF will next play away to Vejle on Thursday, while Fredericia will also go away to Roskilde
