Africell FC to meet Nema United GFA 2nd tier today

The current league leaders Africell FC will clash with 2nd place Nema United in the Week Fifteen fixtures of the 2009-10 Gambia Football Association (GFA) Second Division League Championship today Friday 28th May 2010, at Serrekunda West Mini-stadium.

Africell FC at 23 points in fourteen games will be working on extending  the gap between closest opponents Nema United now 2nd with 22 points.

Relegation threatened Latrikunda United will face Lamin FC at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium. Latrikunda United are currently struggling at the bottom of the table and with only 12 points they will make all efforts to snatch the maximum points in order to avoid relegation to the Third Division.

Lamin FC are now 4th place in the league table with 21 points and potential title challengers.

Elsewhere, the last year's FA cup champions Young Africans will entertain promoted side Flamemins at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai Kunda.

Young Africans now 5th place in the league table with 20 points will be hoping to bounce back following their 1-0 in the hands of the current league leaders Africell FC last weekend.

Flamemins are 8th position in the league table with 15points.
