Actions set to resume in West Coast Region 3rd Division league tomorrow

Following the National Sports Council’s (NSC) decision to lift three months suspension imposed on Gambia Football Federation GFF Officials at the weekend, actions are set to resume in the 2014 West Coast Region third division league tomorrow, Thursday 29 May 2014.

As part of week nine fixtures, Gunjur United will host Sifoe United in all Kombo South derby clash at the Gunjur Nyamina Football Field, Gunjur United are 2nd place on the West Coast Region third division league table with 14 points in eight games three points behind runaway league leaders Jambanjelly United, who have bagged 17 points in eight games.

They will be fighting for a win against Sifoe United tomorrow to mount pressure on league leaders Jambanjelly United as well as keeping their hopes of clinching the West Coast Region third division league title.

Sifoe United are 5th place on the league table with 13 points in eight games and will be aiming for a victory against Gunjur United tomorrow to mount pressure on league leaders Jambanjelly United and also to keep their title ambitions alive.

On Friday 30 May 2014, current league leaders Jambanjelly United will welcome struggling Nema United at the Jambajelly Football Field, Jambanjelly United are currently leading the league table with 17 points in eight outings and will be coming all out for a win against struggling Nema United on Friday to fancy their chances of lifting the West Coast region third division league title.

Nema United are currently languishing second place bottom on the West Coast Region third division league table with 4 points in eight games and will be fighting tooth and nail for a win against league leaders Jambanjelly United on Friday to move away from relegation zone as well as keeping hopes of staying in the West Coast Region third division league next season.
