Abuko Utd beat Immigration in women division one league

Abuko United over the weekend defeated Immigration 1 nil in the ongoing Gambia Football Federation women division one league game played at the Box Bar Mini Stadium.

Abuko United began their league campaign with a defeat to Interior before beating Immigration 1-0 in their second league game.

Substitute Maimuna Sarr alias M.S scored the only goal of the game in the 73rd minute following a cross from Mam Drammeh.

Meanwhile, in the second division league on the same day, Kinteh’s beat Brikama United 2-1 at the same ground.

Elsewhere, on Saturday Interior thumped last season’s second division champions Red scorpion 2-1 at the goal project.

And on the same day in the second division, League City girls beat Jeshwang United 3-2 at the same ground.

In other matches, on Sunday, Armed forces thrashed Future Bi 3-1 at the Box Bar mini stadium.
