Dr. Momadou Tangara is New Boss of NAOSUMonday, March 31, 2008 Authoritative official sources have hinted this paper that Dr. Momadou Tangara has been appointed as the new Coordinator of the National Authority System Unit (NAOSU), a unit that supervises all European Commission (EC)- funded programmes and projects in The Gambia. He replaces Dr. Omar Touray in a position that serves as a bridge between The Gambia and her largest donor- EC. Dr. Tangara
obtained a Ph.D in Semiology from the University of Limoges, France, where he
achieved the highest distinction. He speaks Fluent English, French and Spanish.
